Job Summary: As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our fulfillment strategy, taking on more significant responsibilities and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment efforts. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting top-tier candidates for various positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including leveraging your professional network, to identify and attract top-tier talent.
- Engage with potential candidates through various channels, such as direct outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to internal account managers and/or client hiring managers to assist in candidate selection.
- Talent Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and ongoing hiring needs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the company's employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, including attending industry events and representing the company at job fairs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior level recruiters and recruiting staff.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the recruiting team's capabilities.
- Talent Acquisition Metrics:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven track record as a recruiter, with at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and influence.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
